We believe that our team of people is our great single asset. Our staff are all experts in their field, passionate, responsible and hard working. Some of the team have worked together for in excess of 20 years and are a tightly-focused and experienced team. They care about their customers and ensure they deliver the best possible service to them.

Best Funding Lines
After the 2008 banking crisis it was paramount to have access to our wholesale product – money. We have established relationships with highly respected financial institutions, thus ensuring we have ready access to adequate funding, to meet our customers' needs and fulfil our own growth expectations.
The company's key funder is BLME (Bank of London and The Middle East) which is initially supporting Renaissance with a £35M line.
BLME is an independent wholesale challenger bank based in London and is a leading provider of finance to the UK mid-market. It received FSA authorisation in July 2007 and offers a full suite of corporate banking products including leasing, property finance, acquisition finance, asset based lending finance and trade finance to the mid-market.
