Dantis Capital, an asset backed property lender, has doubled the size of its funding line with Renaissance Asset Finance (RAF) from £2 million to £4 million with immediate effect. This increased funding line will sit alongside Dantis Capital’s existing pool of private investors and will support the continued expansion of its lending activities.
Dantis Capital specialises in bridging loans, property development funding and corporate finance. Through its proprietary technology platform the company delivers fast, flexible and bespoke property loans to developers and corporate borrowers.
Dantis Capital has been working with Renaissance Asset Finance, the asset finance subsidiary of Arbuthnot Latham, since 2023. Established in 1833, Arbuthnot Latham is a full-service private and commercial bank. Renaissance Asset Finance is widely recognised for providing nationwide asset finance facilities to high growth SME’s like Dantis Capital.
The expanded facility represents a significant milestone in Dantis Capital’s growth journey, enabling the business to scale their loan book and further enhance its offering to clients across the residential, mixed-use and commercial sectors.
Commenting on the evolving partnership, Russell Young, Co-Founder of Dantis Capital, said: “We are delighted to strengthen our relationship with Renaissance Asset Finance, whose unwavering support over the past two years reflects a shared vision and commitment to innovation and responsible lending. Doubling this facility not only provides us with additional capacity to accelerate our growth but also represents a strong endorsement of our strategy and the progress we have made as a business over the last two years. We look forward to leveraging this funding to deliver more value to our clients, supporting a greater number of development projects and driving growth across the UK property sector.”
Renaissance Asset Finance’s decision to increase its commitment was driven by Dantis Capital’s strong track record, disciplined underwriting process, innovative approach to using technology and their experienced leadership team. The enhanced facility underlines RAF’s confidence in Dantis Capital’s ability to scale successfully within the alternative finance sector and represents a key area of strategic growth for them too.
Duncan Childs, Director ‑ Wholesale Finance, Renaissance Assert Finance: “We have been working with Dantis since the beginning of their lending journey, and we are proud to expand our relationship. Their steady approach, combined with their use of technology, gives us real confidence in the direction of the business. We look forward to supporting their continued growth across the property sector.”
